XpurseCare AI and its content are owned by Xpurse. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your business content or customer conversations.

5. Limitation of Liability

XpurseCare AI is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
