XpurseCare AI collects information you provide directly (business name, email, contact details), data generated through platform use (conversations, customer interactions, analytics), and technical data (device info, IP addresses, usage logs).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve our AI customer support services, process payments, send service notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Authentication is handled by Clerk with enterprise-grade security. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Flutterwave/Paystack (payments), and WhatsApp Business API (messaging). Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their data practices.
